“I stayed here for business due to the location. It's OK. I'm a non-smoker and the smell of smoke permeated throughout the hotel and my room. The climate controls were quite extreme, either very cold or very hot. Room service is OK. For the convenient location to businesses and "American" food it's great - but not somewhere I would go for a vacation in Madrid.”

“Nice hotel, but a pain if your driving, also street ends before you get to hotel, bags have to be carried across the plaza and up a steep ramp, then parking garage elevator doesn’t stop on ground floor. A set of steps up and through two doors connect to the lobby ☹️. Hotel
