“I spend 80% of my time living out of Hiltons. So I know what to expect.
Positive:
Rooms are large
Housekeeping staff does a great job.
Negative:
Maintenance needs in the rooms need attention.
Maintenance again, the spa out of order.
Front desk lady was very rude when we arrived.
One of the reasons why we chose a Garden Inn, is because they have a onsite pub when we come home in the evening we can have a drink before retiring. We were told us guest we're not allowed to have drinks because they had rented it out for a private party. The manager argued that he could reduce our accommodations anytime he wanted. We're paying for something we're not getting.
I recommend you do not stay here. Just stay at the Hampton, that's the service level you get. Why Pay More...”

“Bonitas habitaciones, camas cómodas, pero cuando reservé la habitación, pagué por el "paquete romántico", el vino de fresas cubiertas de chocolate y las rosas estaban esperando en nuestra habitación en la cama, también servicio de desayuno en la habitación y salida tardía. Cuando mi esposa y yo llegamos, no había tal cosa como un paquete romántico... no recibimos ninguno de los extras que había esperado... no había servicio de habitaciones, había vino disponible en el vestíbulo y las mucamas golpeaban nuestra puerta todos los días. hora como la policía! Nuestra noche y mañana romántica y tranquila fue una decepción. Tenemos 5 niños y teníamos muchas ganas de pasar una mañana tranquila durmiendo, pero no sucedió gracias a las camareras. Probablemente no vuelva a visitar este hotel.”
