“Positives, nice decor, rooms are nice but a bit small. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
However, overall not a great experience. I made a reservation directly through their app for a room with 2 queen beds. Due to a longer then expected travel time, i checked in through the app, and I also called to confirm my reservation and to let them know of a late arrival. I get to the hotel and they give me a room with a king size bed and they told me it was basically the same thing, it's not. I was told that there was nothing else they could do except a rolling bed, one that didn't fit in the room. It was frustrating not receiving what I had reserved and not being offered a way to make up for it. It was all an unnecessary inconvenience that I tried to avoid since the beginning.”

“The staff has been really friendly and helpful. I checked in quite late and was really hungry after a long flight from San Francisco, so I decided to eat at their restaurant. The server, Abdul, was really nice. I don't usually send food back, but the crab soup didn't taste so good, so I politely told Abdul I wouldn't be finishing it. He was apologetic and took the soup off my bill. The rooms are clean and modern. The bathroom is a bit small and feels rather cramped when you're sitting on the toilet. My neighbors decided to have a loud party at 3am and after sending a message to the front desk, I was offered a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. In the morning, I asked if my neighbors would be staying another night and when that was confirmed, the front desk immediately moved me to a different room, which was greatly appreciated. So far, I've had a pleasant experience with the location and staff.”
