“Came to this hotel for a dance event. The hotel is clearly dated and in need of an upgrade in design, facilities and amenities. The hotel ia also having financial difficulties and not able to pay its utilities on time ans as a result the power was cut. For almost 24 hours there was no electricity! I would not stay here again.”

“En el check in van diciéndo que no tienen Internet ni cable... Y que si tenia algún reclamo podía hablar con mi agencia de viaje..cuando ya todo estaba osea de malas.. Hotel viejo olor a humedo muchos zancudos no fumigan la playa privada es de coral grueso cero arena. El servicio al cliente no hay no se si es por idiosincrasia de allá pero la gente no es nada atenta. Estacionamiento grande. Camas comodas.”
