“Rooms are wonderful, we stayed in the 2 bedroom condo. Perfect privacy for parents. The room offers a full kitchen and laundry. Everything from the valet, bell service and room service was exquisite. The views from the balcony was phenomenal. The beach is literally just outside the doors of the hotel. Food and shopping all within a few minutes walk.”

“My husband and I rented an apartment at the W residences and were able to use the amenities of the hotel. I wanted to write a review in order to shout out Dominic at the pool and his exceptional service! We truly cannot say enough great things about him! His service at the pool was the most personable, thoughtful, and attentive service we have ever received! He went above and beyond for us in so many ways, and made our trip so special. When I left my phone at the beach, he saw me looking for it and, within seconds, was on the phone contacting the beach staff in order to find it. Additionally, when my husband needed sunglasses, without a second thought, Dominic went down to the store to see if they had any for sale. Truly the best service of all time! He is extremely kind and awesome and we hope to run into him again someday. We wish him all the great things this world has to offer! Thanks again! :)”
