“The service is why I gave 3 stars. They are very attentive. However, the rooms are so loud, day and night. You can hear EVERYTHING going on in the rooms next door and the halfway. I didn't sleep at all. The "world class" spa in my opionion was a joke. Worse massage of my life. It was a beautiful setting but i wouldn't go back. My next trip got a 5 star resort, I'll stick to the Ritz Carlton.”

“This place sets a new standard for service, cleanliness, gorgeous, clean, fabulous beach and water to die for. Crystal clear and warm and peaceful. We stayed in Grand Class and there were times when I had the whole beach in front of my suite to myself. I HIGHLY recommend spending the extra to reserve Grand Class on the first floor. It was a delight to be able to open the sliding glass doors and walk 50' to the beach without having to go on an elevator. We even moved the lanai table and chairs out to the grass one night and ate under the stars with grass at our feet. The concierge service was top notch. I felt like I had my own personal assistant who helped me with every little issue even when I left my phone charger at a previous hotel. The food is awesome! If you can swing the price tag, I promise you, you will not be able to find anything to complain about. Just superb hotel and service and location.”
