Infelizmente, como o resto do mundo, eles têm poucos funcionários. O hotel era muito bom e os quartos muito grandes, mas os quartos não estavam prontos à chegada. Nice hotel, muito limpo, grande equipe, quartos enormes. A única razão pela qual eu não dei 5 estrelas é que as portas são incrivelmente barulhentas, então a noite toda até a meia-noite tudo o que podíamos ouvir eram portas batendo, o que tornava difícil dormir. Também não ajudou o fato de que as crianças também estavam correndo pelos corredores.

A sala estava suja e o sofá estava tão manchado que tive que cobri-lo com um lençol, não queria sentar nele. As cortinas do banheiro estavam rasgadas e o teto acima da cama estava descascando. A mobília estava lascada e a geladeira cheia de gelo. A banheira jacuzzi tinha argamassa preta, água em todos os cantos e estava nojento e muito sujo quando chegamos. O elevador ficou com a mesma noz de pistache no canto por três dias. É como se nenhuma limpeza estivesse acontecendo. Fiquei extremamente decepcionado e informei-os no check-out e recebemos de volta $ 25 por noite durante as duas noites em que ficamos. Gostei da equipe, eles eram agradáveis. E em nossa última manhã, quando descobri que meus mais de $ 800 que gastei não incluíam nem mesmo uma xícara de café para mim ou café da manhã para meu marido, rebati e eles nos deram seu café da manhã e nosso café grátis. Eu gostei de como era perto da aldeia, mas eu nunca vou ficar aqui novamente. Eu esperava muito mais de um Hilton

Serviço excelente, mas não muito limpo. O elevador estava sujo e havia uma tonelada de pipoca e confetes debaixo do sofá em nosso quarto. Pareceu que o quarto foi limpo rapidamente em vez de mover as coisas e limpar embaixo delas. Não é o que eu esperava para o preço que pagamos.

Estacionamento fácil e uma excelente localização para todos os principais pontos a visitar. A uma curta caminhada do restaurante Mystic e do aquário fica a 5 minutos de carro. O check-in foi muito fácil, eles estavam treinando novos funcionários, então as coisas estavam um pouco lentas, mas totalmente compreensíveis. Basta ter paciência e ser gentil. O lobby era um pouco interessante no layout. Acho que o lugar precisa de um pouco de atualização. Os elevadores têm carpete velho no chão e cheiram estranho. Eu gostei dos quartos grandes e espaçosos. No entanto, eles também têm um layout estranho. Não há como alterar a privacidade, pois o banheiro é muito apertado e a pia fica fora do banheiro. As camas eram horríveis! Muito pequeno para duas pessoas dormirem numa só, é duro como uma rocha e barulhento. O ar-condicionado também era estranho, parecia que à noite, por mais que você baixasse a temperatura, ele não ligava. Eu sinto como se estivesse em um cronômetro. Em suma, é um lugar decente, mas poderia usar algumas atualizações e remodelações.

La habitación estaba sucia y el sofá estaba tan manchado que tuve que cubrirlo con una sábana, no me sentaba en él. Las cortinas del baño estaban rotas y el techo sobre la cama se estaba pelando. Los muebles estaban rotos y la nevera estaba llena de hielo. El jacuzzi tenía lechada negra, agua en las esquinas y estaba asquerosa y muy sucia cuando llegamos. El ascensor tuvo el mismo pistacho en la esquina durante tres días. Es como si no hubiera ninguna limpieza. Me decepcionó mucho y les hice saber al hacer el check out y me devolvieron $ 25 la noche por las dos noches que estuvimos allí. Disfruté del personal, fueron agradables. Y en nuestra última mañana cuando descubrí que mis más de $ 800 que gasté no incluían ni una taza de café para mí o el desayuno para mi esposo, le espeté y nos dieron su desayuno y nuestro café gratis. Me gustó lo cerca que estaba del pueblo, pero nunca volveré a alojarme aquí. Esperaba mucho más de un Hilton

Fácil estacionamiento y una excelente ubicación para todos los lugares principales para visitar. A poca distancia a pie del restaurante Mystic y del acuario es como 5 minutos en coche. El registro fue muy fácil, estaban capacitando a nuevo personal, por lo que las cosas fueron un poco lentas, pero totalmente comprensibles. Solo ten paciencia y sé amable. El vestíbulo era un poco interesante por la distribución. Siento que el lugar podría necesitar un poco de renovación. Los ascensores tienen alfombras viejas en el suelo y huelen raro. Me gustaron las habitaciones grandes y espaciosas. Sin embargo, también tienen un diseño extraño. La privacidad no cambia ya que el baño es demasiado estrecho y el lavabo está fuera del baño. ¡Las camas eran horribles! Muy pequeño para que duerman dos personas en uno, y duro como una piedra y ruidoso. El aire acondicionado también era extraño, parecía de noche, no importaba cuánto bajara la temperatura, no se activaba. Siento como si estuviera en un temporizador. En general, es un lugar decente que podría necesitar algunas actualizaciones y remodelaciones.

Excelente servicio pero no muy limpio. El ascensor estaba sucio y había un montón de palomitas de maíz y confeti debajo del sofá de nuestra habitación. Parecía que la habitación se limpiaba rápidamente en lugar de mover cosas y limpiar debajo de ellas. No es lo que esperaba por el precio que pagamos.

Unfortunately like the rest of the world, they are under staffed. The hotel was very nice and the rooms very large but the rooms were not ready upon arrival. Hopefully people go back to work soon so businesses can run at full capacity with a full staff. July 2021

Nice hotel, very clean, great staff, huge rooms. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the doors are incredibly loud so all night until midnight all we could hear were slamming doors which made it hard to sleep. Also didn't help that kids were also running around the hallways.

Easy parking and a great location to all the main spots to visit. Walking distance to the Mystic diner and the aquarium is like a 5 minute drive. Check in was very easy, they were training new staff so things were a tiny slow, but totally understandable. Just have patience and be kind. The lobby was a bit interesting in the layout. I feel the place could use a bit of updating. The elevators have old carpet on the floor and they smell odd. I liked the large spacious rooms. However they have a weird layout too. There's no changing privacy since the bathroom is too tight and the sink is outside the bathroom. The beds were horrible! Very small for two people to sleep in one, and hard as a rock and noisy. The air-conditioning was also weird, it seemed at night no matter how much you lowered the temp it wouldn't kick on. I feel like it was on a timer. All in all it's a decent place could use some updates and remodeling though.

Excellent service but not very clean. Elevator was dirty and there was a ton of popcorn and confetti under the couch in our room. It appeared that the room was quickly cleaned instead of moving things and cleaning under them. Not what I expected for the price we paid.

The room was dirty and the couch was stained so badly I had to cover it with a sheet, I wouldn't sit on it. The shades in the bathroom were ripped and the ceiling above the bed was peeling. The furniture was chipped and the fridge was full of ice. The jacuzzi tub had black grout, water all in the corners and was gross and very dirty when we arrived. The elevator had the same pistachio nut in the corner for three days. It's as if no cleaning was happening at all. I was extremely disappointed and let them know on checkout and was given back $25 a night for the two nights we stayed. I enjoyed the staff, they were pleasant. And on our last morning when I discovered my more than $800 I spent didn't include even a cup of coffee for me or breakfast for my husband I snapped and they gave us his breakfast and our coffee free. I liked how close it was to the village but I will never stay here again. I expected so much more from a Hilton

eu gostei da minha estadia aqui. o quarto que eu fiquei era confortável e privado. tinha um cheiro de mentol quando você entrava, meio estranho. eles tinham um café da manhã de cortesia com muito por onde escolher. eles oferecem produtos de higiene pessoal, se você os esquecer, mas, infelizmente, no meu caso, esqueci a pasta de dente e eles não tinham para me fornecer. Gostaria de acrescentar que é ridículo ter garrafas de água no quarto por US $ 5, por isso não as bebi. Ter água de cortesia para seus convidados seria uma escolha mais pessoal.

i enjoyed my stay here. the room i stayed in was comfortable and private. it had a menthol smell to it when you walked in, kinda weird. they had a complimentary breakfast with a lot to choose from. they do offer toiletries if you do forget them, but unfortunately in my case, I forgot toothpaste and they did not have any to supply me with. I would like to add that it’s ridiculous to have water bottles in the room priced at $5, hence why i didn’t drink them. Having complimentary water for your guests would be more of a personable choice.

Excelente localização entre o Mystic Seaport, Old Mystic Village e o Mystic Aquarium. Hotel é limpo e mantido. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Café da manhã e café são bons. Abundância de estacionamento, jardins agradáveis com assentos ao ar livre. Afaste-se um pouco da estrada principal para maior privacidade e você não ouvirá todos os carros passando quando estiver tentando dormir à noite. Os quartos contam com uma pequena sala de estar que é agradável, então você nem sempre precisa se sentar na cama se quiser relaxar e assistir TV.

Excelente ubicación entre The Mystic Seaport, Old Mystic Village y The Mystic Aquarium. El hotel está limpio y mantenido. Personal amable y servicial. El desayuno y el café son buenos. Mucho espacio de estacionamiento, bonitos jardines con asientos al aire libre. Aléjese un poco de la carretera principal para mayor privacidad y no escuchará el paso de todos los autos cuando intente dormir por la noche. Las habitaciones cuentan con una pequeña sala de estar que es agradable para que no siempre tenga que sentarse en la cama si desea relajarse y ver la televisión.

Excellent location between The Mystic Seaport, Old Mystic Village, and The Mystic Aquarium. Hotel is clean and maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and coffee are good. Plenty of parking, Nice grounds with outdoor seating. Set back from the main road a bit for additional privacy and you don't hear all the cars going by when you are trying to sleep at night. Rooms come with a small living room area which is nice so you don't always have to sit in bed if you want to relax and watch TV.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, limpio y nuevo. Ofrecen servicios de restaurante, gym, salas, pero todo es muy reducido. El desayuno es caliente, pero el area de Looby y desayuno es la misma, lo que lo hace un poco incomodo: la tarifa me parece un poco alta, para los servicios que se ofrecen.

Quedé muy conforme. Las habitaciones son cómodas y bien equipadas. El lugar es muy tranquilo y pacífico. Sirven un rico desayuno y te brindan la posiblidad de prepararte un omelet u otros platos ,acotados , en el desayuno.
