“Very spacious room with separate living room and bedroom with extended balcony. Very roomy bathroom as well. Food in the various restaurants on site was great along with a delicious breakfast. Will definitely stay again.”

“Considering we are still in a pandemic I won't give this place a 1 star rating that I think it deserved.The facility itself was beautiful and the accommodations were very nice however, when my husband booked 2 nights for our anniversary he was not informed that room service,the spa, Starbucks, and the other restaurants were not open during the week. It was raining so even the use of the pool was out of the question. We requested to be moved from a handicap designatedroom and the room they moved us to was not thoroughly clean (the bathroom had 2 different types of hair on the floor. the coffee machine had leftover putrid water in it.It was also missing the JW Welcome kit that was in the room we had left. Front desk said they couldn't move us to any other room with a patio (even though we were told by other staff that only 10 rooms were booked out of the 1000 rooms they had. Will definitely give them another chance for a weekend visit during warmer weather. We ended up checking out early and going to La Cantera Resort.”
