Eu não fiquei muito impressionado com a nossa estadia aqui. Chegamos uma hora antes do horário do check-in porque tínhamos que nos preparar rapidamente para o funeral do meu cunhado. Eles não fariam exceção à taxa de check-in antecipado de US$ 25, o que foi frustrante. Mas então eles nos informam que a piscina também estava fora de serviço, o que foi um dos principais motivos da nossa escolha deste hotel, novamente frustrante. Nosso quarto tinha um ar condicionado funcionando muito mal que não resfriava bem o quarto e também fazia muito barulho. Nosso chuveiro pingava significativamente e constantemente. Foi apenas um monte de pequenas decepções que se somaram a nós nunca ficar aqui novamente.

I was not very impressed with our stay here. We arrived an hour before check in time because we had to quickly prepare for my brother in law's funeral. They would make no exception to their early check in fee of $25, which was frustrating. But then they inform us that the pool was also out of service, which was one of the main reasons for our choice of this hotel, again frustrating. Our room had a very poor functioning air conditioner that didn't cool the room well and also made a LOT of noise. Our shower dripped significantly and constantly. It was just a lot of small disappointments that added up to us never staying here again.

Os quartos são pequenos, o hotel estava em condições decentes, mas o elevador é lento e antigo. A piscina coberta e jacuzzi eram decentes, mas o cloro na piscina era esmagadora. O café da manhã é muito padrão, mas tinha uma ótima variedade. O AC estava no automático, independentemente do modo que eu o configurei, então ficou quente no quarto durante a noite. Os quartos incluem um cofre, um mini-frigorífico e um micro-ondas. A equipe foi amigável, não encontrou quaisquer problemas durante a nossa estadia. O hotel fica a uma curta caminhada de um Dennys, mas se você quiser ir a restaurantes ou clubes da Cidade Velha, precisará dirigir até lá.

Very comfortable! At no point interacting was there any undo stress. Check out the indoor pool. Great on any budget!

Very nice and spacious and clean. Comfortable. Only problem is how thin the walls are and the door that goes to the other room 😕 I was able to hear like a clear conversation with the people next to us but other then that good hotel.

Loved every minute of our stay here. The breakfast in the morning was everything that my family need to not have to go out and find food. And the pool was very clean and covered which made it an even more enjoyable experience. Definitely coming back

The rooms are small, the hotel was in decent condition, but the one elevator is slow and old. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were decent but the chlorine in the pool was overwhelming. The breakfast is very standard but had a nice variety. The AC was on automatic, regardless of the mode I set it to, so it got warm in the room throughout the night. The rooms include a safe, mini fridge, and a microwave. The staff were friendly, didn't encounter any issues during our stay. The hotel is walking distance to a Dennys but if you're looking to go to Old Town restaurants or clubs, you'll need to drive there.

What kind of hotel tells somebody that is quiet, pays upfront and doesn't break any rules, that they can't stay there more than 10 days??? I just moved to Phoenix, waiting on my apartment, found this place and fell in love... Clean, quiet, and convenient. Apartment is taking longer than expected so I go down to pay another week and am told "No" 🤯 "We don't allow guests to stay here for more than 10 days without leaving for 30 days before they can stay again" 🤯 so, we tried to make an additional reservation in my wife's name... No problem right? NOPE... we were told "you can't do that" 🤯 my wife and I are clean, quiet and officially have seen it all. What kind of business turns away it's paying customers??? This place... Booooooo 👎👎👎

Não limpam os banheiros! Check-in e o banheiro tinha xixi por todo o assento, liguei para a mesa para que eles o limpassem. A menina veio e limpou nos disse que a governanta chefe tinha limpado naquele dia. Essa garota usou um pano azedo desagradável para limpar, então ficou fedendo depois. Usamos alguns lenços de mão para administrar a noite. Pedi à mesa na manhã seguinte para que eles a limpassem adequadamente, eles ainda não fediam. Quando mencionei isso no check-out, a garota disse que tínhamos que solicitar uma limpeza que eles normalmente não limpam todos os dias. Eu tinha, eu tinha falado com a mesma garota, ela não passou. Eu vou a Scottsdale para tratamentos médicos, este não será um lugar para o qual voltarei. Bruto

They do not clean the bathrooms! Checked in and the toilet had pee all over the seat, called the desk to have them come clean it. The girl came up and cleaned told us that the head housekeeper had cleaned it that day. This girl used a nasty soured rag to clean so then it stunk after. We used some hand wipes to manage for the night. Asked the desk the next morning to please have them properly clean it, they didn’t still stunk. When I mentioned it on check out the girl said we had to request a clean they don’t normally clean each day. I did, I had talked to the same girl, she didn’t pass it along. I go to Scottsdale for medical treatments this will not be a place I will return to. Gross

Este hotel tem tudo menos conforto para oferecer. O quarto não estava limpo e tem vazamentos de água. A parte mais perturbadora é a equipe horrível na recepção. No dia 29/03/22, a mulher da manhã me tirou do meu quarto. Logo depois, ela me disse que eu não poderia usar o banheiro ou pegar minha chave de volta, sabendo que minha filha de 10 anos precisava da instalação. Quando perguntei o nome dela, ela respondeu D. Não sendo verdadeira ou honesta. NÃO FIQUE AQUI!!!! Hotel está sujo, baratas ao redor, mofado e percevejos! O lugar mais nojento de Scottsdale! Tão triste porque a cidade é tão bonita. 1 início é curto!!!

Se eu pudesse dar a este hotel zero estrelas eu daria e a única graça salvadora foi a garota que foi tão útil após o check-in. O hotel está em extrema necessidade de reparos e atualização. Fomos cotados com um preço diferente na reserva, mas acabamos pagando mais US$ 100! Ao entrar no primeiro quarto cheirava a urina, tive que limpar e higienizar todo o banheiro. O segundo quarto que reservamos tinha água pingando do teto no banheiro. Fomos acomodados com outro quarto que era aceitável. As camas eram limpas, os lençóis eram limpos, mas como para todo o resto, apenas nojento. A garota que nos registrou foi aliviada por outra garota que se comportou como se tudo que pedisse a ela fosse um inconveniente. Suspiro audível e puro aborrecimento quando perguntado qualquer coisa. O site diz que há café da manhã quando na verdade não há nada além de algumas barras de cereais e café. Sinal diz devido ao covid. A noite antes ficamos em um Comfort Inn em Amarillo que era $ 100+ mais barato e tão bom com um pequeno-almoço quente completo. Parece que o covid se tornou a nova desculpa para prestar um serviço ruim no topo do dólar. Nunca mais ficarei aqui!! Fique longe deste hotel!

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would and the only saving grace was the gal who was so helpful after our check in. The hotel is in dire need for repairs and updating. We were quoted a different price at booking but ended up paying $100 more! Upon entering the first room it smelled of urine, had to clean and sanitize the entire bathroom. The second room we booked had water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom. We were accommodated with another room that was acceptable. The beds were clean, linens were clean but as for everything else, just gross. The gal who checked us in was relieved by another gal who behaved as if everything asked of her was an inconvenience. Audible sighing and pure annoyance when asked anything. Website says there is breakfast when in fact there is nothing but a few cereal bars and coffee. Sign says due to covid. The night before we stayed at a Comfort Inn in Amarillo that was $100+ cheaper and sooo nice with a full hot breakfast. Seems like covid has become the new excuse to give poor service at top dollar. Will never stay here again!! Stay away from this hotel!

This hotel has anything but comfort to offer. The room was not clean and has water leaks. The most disturbing part is the horrible staff at the front desk. On 3/29/22 The woman in the morning checked me out of my room. Soon after she told me I could not use there restroom or get my key back to do so knowing my 10 yr old daughter was in need of the facility. When I ask her name she replied D. Not being truthful or honest. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!Hotel is dirty, cockroaches around, moldy and bedbugs! The most disgusting place in Scottsdale! So sad because the town is so beautiful.1 start is short!!!
