Giving four stars doesn't mean it fell short of expectations. Very well kept property, rooms reasonably adequate but well designed. Food was nice. Only reason to complain is delay in room service. May be due to Covid protocols. Otherwise, a nice experience.

This was my first visit to lucknow n Hyatt has just made it exciting n wonderful.i have stayed here for 2 nights n a day..it has its own bar restaurant inside,breakfast is complimentary n you get to taste amazing flavors ,specially desert steal the show. My stay has been quite comfortable ,Though I was given with 3rd floor room n the outside view is not that nice still the amenities n door service isthat great I shouldn't ask for more. Rooms are quite specious,classy. I had to attend a conference here the banquet hall, conference room was absolutely great n good for a decent gathering.staffs are polite very cooperative .Overall 5 star experience from a 5 star hotel wat i can say..I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Had a very unhappy experience with Hyatt Lucknow, which was a shock for me too having had such wonderful and memorable experiences each time with other Hyatt Hotels. The in room service was extremely slow with multiple phone calls required to get your order in. The house keeping staff would just barge into the rooms of even if you haven't opened the door. Voice any displeasure and all you get is a non helping callous sorry. Yes pre booking charges are taken, but if a guest due to genuine emergency needs to check out early some compensation should be given rather than retaining complete fee, especially when you haven't mented out the promised hospitality. Extremely unhappy. My last experience for sure with Hyatt Lucknow

Good hotel, nice rooms, my room was on the 6th floor.Comfortable and cozy.Although this property is not as big as regular Hyatt but the quality is the same. Located in Gomti Nagar, it is probably 25kms and about 40 minutes of drive from the airport.
