“Neat hotel. Liked the bathroom and big windows. Great location. Very clean. The staff at check in terribly rude to me & guest in front of me. I was told no room service and nothing of breakfast :( I got in my room & found it wasnt what I selected/paid for. upon checkout heard guest in front of me had same issue. Nothing was done.”

“I was placed in the wrong type of room and was told I couldnt switch. Room 214 a bed smelled like urine and they still didn't switch my room just gave me extra blankets and so i could sleep in the floor. Still haven't received refund.”
