“¡Excelente servicio al cliente! Olvidé el nombre de la mujer que nos registró el día de Año Nuevo, pero fue extremadamente servicial y acogedora. Incluso trabajó en doble turno y llegó a las 07:00 de la mañana siguiente el 2 de enero de 2022. Si bien la mayoría de las personas no estarían muy contentas, ella seguía siendo optimista y, sobre todo, estaba orgullosa de sí misma y de su trabajo. Una cosa rara en estos días. Espero que si se queda en DoubleTree, que puedan ascender de rango, sea un verdadero activo para la empresa.”
