“The bed was very comfortable. The furnishing is nice. However, the cleaning crew was below average. The hotel smelled nice for 20 minute. After the spray left, the odor from the carpet was prominent. I saw the lady cleaning as we were leaving. She doesn't even go windows. When you stay at Quality Inn, visitors expect the hotel to live up the motto: Get Your Money's worth. They owe us some change. The breakfast biscuits were hard. The coffee was lukewarm. Hot eggs and biscuits.”

“Zero stars, by far this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my whole entire 34 years of life! Where should I begin? As soon as my family and I checked in from a 12 hour drive, the front desk smelled of pee, at that point I should have turned around but of course reservations were already made. So it took 30 mins to check in, as we go to our room no cable for the TVs. The room is not the cleanest. Mold toilet , smells of cigarettes but is a non smoking room. Night 2 still no TV, and I just happen to look at my credit card activity, and I have a hold for the total room stay. I paid with a different card other than the card I held the reservations with. That’s why I specifically selected Pay at hotel. So I talked to the young lady at the front desk, who became rude and very unprofessional. I did say I will have a talk with your manager once He gets in. Exact words. “Because you need to talk to someone more professional, yea that’s what they all say”. I’m applaud, I never received such poor service. STAY AWAY . I will never book with Quality Inn or Choice Hotels again!”
