“Our third time back to this resort. Overall a great time. Our room was warm at night despite turning up the ac. Also, feedback is offer is WiFi should be available all over the resort for all visitors free of charge. Other than that we’ve had a great time and would recommend it as a place to stay. Staff and service are excellent!!”

“I really disappointed with the hotel, to be honest this place is hardly 3 stars, we pay for 5 stars resort, and we get this one, the rooms where dirty, I was complaining about a leakage at the roof since I get to the hotel but nobody ever came to fix it, at the restaurant was only few waitress. Again not enough employees to handle all the reservations, anyway very grateful with the employee at the pool, waitress, entertainment crew, this poor people works from 9 to 9 they are really hard workers, from all the employee at this resort, are the ones with all my respect, not recommended”
