“Este hotel tem uma boa localização. Eles dizem que você tem café da manhã grátis, mas eu mal chamaria isso de um café da manhã continental. Embale doces, frutas e aqueça biscoitos de salsicha no micro-ondas. Mesmo que a placa do elevador ainda mostre horários e fotos de café da manhã quente e horários. Bom café, mas não quente. A piscina é ótima. Nós estivemos aqui por 4 dias e nunca tivemos toalhas novas e tivemos que jogar fora nosso próprio lixo e pedir um novo rolo de papel higiênico. A sala só tinha café decalf. Este não é um hotel 4 estrelas, a menos que esteja fora de uma classificação de 12 estrelas. Tonya foi rude.”

“Esta habría sido una revisión de 5 estrellas pero las habitaciones del hotel necesitan una reforma. Entiendo que con COVID es posible que no hayan tenido la oportunidad de hacerlo, pero es necesario hacerlo. Mancha roja bastante grande en la alfombra cuando entras. Asiento de amor con manchas y cables que salen de ellos. Aparte de ese lugar tiene una excelente ubicación. La piscina con tobogán fue increíble, reserve el tiempo de la piscina 7 días antes de la llegada, ya que solo permiten un número limitado de personas por hora. El desayuno era bueno incluso con todos los protocolos. No puedo justificar los $ 100 más una noche por habitaciones anticuadas y sucias.”
