“The hotel design both inside and outside is beautiful, with wonderful rooms and a fabulous pyramid shape on the outside. The food served here is great at all meals, from breakfast to dinner, with a great variety of choice both in the buffets and the restaurants. The number one aspect is however the quality of service. The staff is extremely polite and ready to help out for anything. Best hotel in Dubai, 5/5.”

“Good place for conferences. But outdoor dining was not a good experience as the sweets are exposed to flies. Although I made my remarks to the chief waiter but he didn't take any action. Kept exposing the food to flies.”
