“Mi visita al hotel ha sido en general buena, buenas instalaciones, buen personal amable y profesional, a nivel de precios consideró que 25€ por desayunar es algo elevado pero como no lo he cogido no puedo realmente juzgarlo. Si que me hubiera gustado saber de antemano que los cargadores eléctricos no estaban en funcionamiento cuando en la web si lo anuncian, de saberlo igual habría escogido otro que si lo tuviera, pero bueno también fue fallo mío no preguntar antes. Si que tengo que apuntar que es un Hotel que el nivel de ruido por música es elevado y hace justicia a su nombre. Mi habitación daba al interior y la música y la gente en la zona del bar hasta poco más de la 1 de la madrugada es bastante presente así que el que busque silencio no es la mejor opción. Si bien es un hotel céntrico y genial para tener acceso rápido a muchos de los bonitos lugares que tiene Madrid.”

“I was skeptical about staying at a Hard Rock, but this place is as cool as it gets. Brand new, the rooms are modern and high tech, but with cozy beds and cool surroundings (you can even ask for a turntable and some vinyls for free!). Shower is nice. I got a basic room but was not basic at all! The hotel has a pool, a basic gym, a fantastic patio, a lobby with a store and a bar with beer and cocktails, and one of the best terraces in Madrid. Steps from Atocha and just in front of the Reina Sofía. Service was attentive and my only negative concern was the food at the main restaurant, I can't recommend it. Overall : It rocks!”
